Sam manages the crew and all the projects they complete. Nicki manages the office and anything related to computers. Together they make the perfect husband and wife team.
Sam is a third generation remodeler and Charlotte native. He has been working in the industry since 1998. Initially, he worked for his father's remodeling company which focused on windows, siding, and doors. Sam worked for a period of time with a master carpenter to expand his knowledge of the carpentry field. Because of that Carolina Home Enhancements is able to offer decks and sunrooms to our services. He filled some time working for a maintenance company doing fill in work during the slow season. This, too, helped him add other services...like roofing. Sam's best experience of all, however, came from working as a sub-contractor for many of the big contracting companies in Charlotte to supplement our company jobs. From this he learned how to come up with the most competitive pricing that our customers love.
Nicki has been in customer service for years, working as for a large franchise as an office manager in a location that earned over a half million dollars a year for the last six years. She graduated from college with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in English. While managing the office for Carolina Home Enhancements, she also works full-time as a freelance writer, blogger, and novelist.
